$c->{plugins}->{"Screen::EPrint::UploadMethod::URL"}->{params}->{disable} = 1;

Then run the following commands to test and reload EPrints:

EPRINTS_PATH/bin/epadmin test ARCHIVE_NAME

apachectl graceful

If you are running Ubuntu or Debian the second command might be "apache2ctl graceful"
