[EP-tech] Issue with bin/generate_apacheconf during EPrints 3.4.6 Installation on RHEL 9.5

Dear List Members, I am installing EPrints version 3.4.6 on a RHEL 9.5
system, and I’ve encountered an issue when executing the script
bin/generate_apacheconf. Specifically, I am seeing the following error
message:
malloc(): unaligned fastbin chunk detected 2
Aborted (core dumped)

This error causes the script to abort and prevents me from proceeding
with the installation. I have tried several steps to resolve this,
including ensuring all dependencies are installed and attempting to
reinstall related packages (such as Apache and mod_perl), but the
issue persists.

Here are the details of my environment:

Operating System: RHEL 9.5
EPrints version: 3.4.6
Apache version: 2.4.62
Perl version: 5.32

Please provide guidance or troubleshooting steps to resolve this error.
