[EP-tech] Importing Restricted files - 401 Authorization Required

CAUTION: This e-mail originated outside the University of Southampton.

Hi all,

I’m trying to import an XML file but I’m getting 401 Authorization Required.  I had a look randomly on which files they are, and it looks like they are the ones that are restricted.

My command:

./import <reponame> --enable-web-imports eprints XML <XML Filename>

I also tried –migration option but same error below.

Error:

Failed to retrieve MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "reponame" claiming to be http://reponame/1739/1/ZI.doc: 401 Authorization Required

document.1110 failed to create subdataobj on document.files (See DataObj:create_from_data to override) at /usr/share/eprints/bin/../perl_lib/EPrints/DataSet.pm line 1013.

The enable_web_imports is enabled or set to 1.  Most of the items are imported successfully, it is only the restricted files that does not go across to the new server.

Anyone has encountered this and knows a fix? Or any help which can point me on the right direction to check would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Best regards,

Ellis
