CAUTION: This e-mail originated outside the University of Southampton.
Our EPrints Instance gets Internet access through a proxy server and thus I can't seem to get access to Bazaar.

An error occurred while talking to the EPM source EPrints Bazaar (https://bazaar.eprints.org): https://bazaar.eprints.org/cgi/search/simple2?q=&v=&q_merge=ALL&output=EPMI2 500 Can't connect to 193.1.40.74:3128 (SSL connect attempt failed error:1408F10B:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number)

I was originally getting a timeout error and looked at the Session file on my server compared to the newest 3.4.2 and updated it to reflect the changes between both and now I get the above error.

Any ideas?  Or can I sue the cli to download and install plugins?
