That's the biggest problem, the bazaar point to old software not updated and nobody knows where is the update one. So less people uses Eprints because thinks it uses older software/implementations.

This are OpenAIRE Guidelines version 1.1. Is there something more recent? For example, now you need Datacite metadata (minimum version 3.1) to be implemented.
