Hi Francis, > Yes, I have tried both ..., but the outcome is the same. What happens if you mail as root or as eprint user from console: Start e.g. with mail fjayakanth@gmail.com and terminate input by carriage return or Strg+d. What's the output/-come of EPrint's test mail? Are any security affairs excluded already? Depending on mail header stuff the mails could be blocked ... Hth Thomas
