As far as I am aware, the GRF plugin in itself does not provide any reports, just allows other plugins to generate and make reports available.  It was intended to be used more widely but I think is currently only used (in the Bazaar) by the REF plugins and ORCID support plugin.

So I will install the GRF plugin.
It was not a requirement from our libary staff, but I'm sure they will find uses for it :-)

public-facing side of your repository and will be invisible to all but 
repository admins that will see an extra 'Report' link in the main menu
