[EP-tech] Re: IRStats2: activity overview vs. date report

Hi Alan,

> Have you configured the cron job to run the ongoing processing?

Thanks for responding. Yes - the cron job is set to run daily, and based on the figures I see elsewhere the job is successful, at least to some extent. For example, yesterday I reported there had been 4,409 downloads since this time last week, today the figure is 6,547 - so it does appear to be performing the incremental processing. The issue just seems to be that the figures reported elsewhere (such as the "Activity overview", which provides the total repository downloads or the figures in "Top authors") don't reflect the incremental increase in downloads.

Until yesterday I was happy that everything was configured / working as it should be but I think I will need to undertake more sleuthing!

Cheers

George
