[EP-tech] Re: Altmetrics

No dice, I¹m afraid - I¹ve set all the permissions (as far as I can tell)
on the folders, set apache to run as eprints/eprints, checked
systemsetting.pm and I¹m still getting the same error when I try to load
the Bazaar through the admin menu.
