Hi John, I’m sorry if I’m showing my ineptitude with this, there are still areas of terminal based Linux admin that I’m unsure of! Currently I’m trying to run this on a local VirtualBox machine which is a duplicate of our live server (I’m uncomfortable running it on the production box until I’m sure of what the issue is). I’m running the file as the eprints user that’s set up there, there is nothing else in the file above that first line. When I try to run it as Seb suggested I’m getting: No command 'epadmin' found, did you mean: Command 'lpadmin' from package 'cups-client' (main) epadmin: command not found However when I try to run it as you suggested, it runs fine here. My concern at the moment is that the search index does not seem to contain the keywords we expect it to; how should the index work normally? I’m being told by my colleagues that this is an issue dating back several months before my arrival and the issue is identical in the production as in my VirtualBox.
