Hi Maher, Have you tried analysing the core dump file at all? If I've understood the issue, Apache starts up successfully, and operates normally, until something causes a segfault? If so, this guide might be useful:

This will help track down where memory is not correctly being allocated and freed by an Apache module as this will almost certainly be an issue with the compiled C++ of a module not something EPrints itself does. I don't know whether
