Hi David,

It turns out I once asked this problem in the group https://www.eprints.org/eptech/msg09472.html, but at that time, the error message appeared and I could find out and immediately look for the reference.
This time it did not appear. How do you know this is because the xmlns:xsi attribute is being defined twice? I opened it in firefox and the error message is not visible

Chrome and some other web browser just show a white screen if the XML cannot be parsed due to this issue where as Firefox will show the error.  I expect if you use developer tools on Chrome you will also see this error message but you may need to know what the issue is to think of trying that.

This works fine for me.  What do you actually see?  Are you getting a 404 not found?  Are you seeing a blank screen or are you seeing the page you expect but no results?  /cgi/oai2?verb=ListRecords  will only display records in the live archive and not those in the user workarea, review buffer or retired.  If the issue is a blank screen, then I would advise checking you Apache error log to see if it reports and issues.

Can anyone help, why when I open http://repo.mydomain/cgi/oai2?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc, it doesn't show anything ?

There is no problem when I open Identify, ListSets, ListMetadataFormats, and ListIdentifiers.
