Although the only change that was made to this since 3.4.4 was released was for this issue:

Which as far as I can tell does not have anything that could lead to this error.  Also my observation of this error is that it is intermittent, across a number of different OAI-PMH pages.  That is why the fix says only adds this namespace if it has not already been added rather than removing the adding of this namespace completely (i.e. assuming somewhere else will add it).

I am using eprints 3.4.5 and I encountered an error when accessing oai from our repository. I can't display List Records from OAI. Information appears as follows:

XML Parsing Error: duplicate attribute
