[EP-tech] OAI2 can not display List Records because XML Parsing Error: duplicate attribute

Hi,

I am using eprints 3.4.5 and I encountered an error when accessing oai from our repository. I can't display List Records from OAI. Information appears as follows:

XML Parsing Error: duplicate attribute
Location: http://repo.domain.com/cgi/oai2?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc
