[EP-tech] Eprints install cannot locate package "abort"

Hello,

I'm installing the package eprints via the RHEL package in RHEL8. The yum installation worked, so I also ran the site configuration script, which also worked. However, when I attempt to visit my test site I get the following error:

Can someone please advise on what to do?
