Hi Yuri,
I will make updates to this page when the production release of 3.4.2 is made available (to refer to 3.4.2 rather than 3.4.1).  I will also look to add a "new dependencies" sub-section to the pre-upgrade section to advise on these as described in the 3.4.2 (and 3.4.1) release notes.  If I have the time, I will also see if I can improve the page more generally (i.e. layout, grammar, etc.).  I would refer people to the installation page for the appropriate OS on one of the following pages, if you are having problems upgrading:

The intention is to make a prodiction release of EPrints 3.4.2 by the
end of the month.  There is also a plan to make a further release of
EPrints by the end of the year.  This will be addressing the outstanding
items in the Accessibility roadmap for EPrints -
