Hi Roland,

After editing 10_core.pl you will need to run

EPRINTS_PATH/bin/generate_apacheconf --system --replace

and then restart Apache.
However, what you describe you are trying to do suggests you should not have a tuprints-test alias in your 10_core.pl for tuprints at all. What I think you need to checkout a copy of tuprints to EPRINTS_PATH/archives/tuprints-test and then configure its 10_core.pl with tuprints-test and no aliases.
