[EP-tech] Change the menu options across the top

Hello,
I'd like to change the menu options across the top, where the defaults are "Home", "About" and "Browse". I found some documentation to do it but that only seems to apply to an older version. 

I'm sure it's simple but can someone point me in the right direction please?
