[EP-tech] subjects - ROOT

Hello,

I'm building a fresh archive with eprints 3.3.13 and there seems to be an inconsistency in the subject tree, even thought I built it from scratch with the web interface.

An export with the "Subject" format gives me 4 empty records.

A CSV export prints:

Is there a lacking ROOT-element?
