Hi, As the item is marked as a book section (chapter) it is probably looking for 'book_title' from the eprint table, or possibly You can see the main citation construction in ...../eprints3/archives/ARCHIVEID/cfg/citation/eprint/default.xml and follow through for your item type to see what fields it includes and under what conditions.
