Hi Is it possible to disable the default behaviour. I looked at one of the eprint entry that is producing the "In: UNSPECIFIED" issue and it appears the publication field is populated. mysql> SELECT `eprintid` , publication, publisher FROM `eprint` where eprintid=2786; +----------+--------------------------------------------------------+------- -------------------------------------------------+ | eprintid | publication | publisher | +----------+--------------------------------------------------------+------- -------------------------------------------------+ | 2786 | Institutional Repository at the University of Zimbabwe | Institutional Repository at the University of Zimbabwe | +----------+--------------------------------------------------------+------- -------------------------------------------------+ But if you visit the link http://researchdatabase.ac.zw/2786/ , the "In: UNSPECIFIED" is appearing. -----Original Message----- From: eprints-tech-bounces@ecs.soton.ac.uk [mailto:eprints-tech-bounces@ecs.soton.ac.uk] On Behalf Of Field A.N. It's appearing for records without a publication (which is a required field, so the absense of it isn't handled gracefully). -- Adam Field Business Relationship Manager and Community Lead EPrints Services +44 (0)23 8059 8814 On 6 Oct 2015, at 18:05, Admire Mutsikiwa wrote: > Hi > > I have a test Perl script that is harvesting records from other repository into a central EPrints repository. Now some of the records are being displayed with the information "In: UNSPECIFIED" as shown in the screen shot below. I would like to suppress that information from being displayed. > <image001.png> > > > > Any pointers would be greatly appreciated > > > Kind Regards, > > Admire Mutsikiwa (Mr) > ICT Manager > Libraries > University of Zimbabwe > Tel:+263-4-303276 > Mob:+263782476883 > > "It is easy to dodge our responsibilities, but we cannot dodge the > consequences of dodging our responsibilities."
