Hi Adam, If you could let us know your findings - looking at the email strand from our incident back in June, our issues were also to do with re-indexing and we never got to the bottom of why certain items were not automatically re-indexing. John Salters suggestion was it could be to do with permissions on running perl scripts. Thanks!
