[EP-tech] Re: post installation issue

It doesn't seem to be file permission as the same pasted below.

[root@eprints publications_new]# ls -la

[root@eprints publications_new]# pwd
/var/lib/eprints3/archives/publications_new
[root@eprints publications_new]# 

the issue may lie with the target file path...????????......
