[EP-tech] adding a new node to the subject tree

CAUTION: This e-mail originated outside the University of Southampton.
I needed to add a new "division" using the admin -> subject tree.  It is a new node under an existing category that has a bunch of other research centers.  I added this, but the weird thing is that it is not sorting this properly and just shows it at the very end.  Meanwhile, all of the other subject values are sorted properly.  There is no additional "sortvalue" for this subject, just a name.  I've tried to reload the repository and even an apache restart, still missorted.  What do I need to do to get this showing up properly?  will it get sorted after regenerating views? It shows up last on the admin -> edit subject tree interface, and on the deposit interface where users select it, so it doesn't seem like a "views" issue.  It currently doesn't have any deposits associated with it, if that matters.
