[EP-tech] Add highwire press and prism metatags to eprints 3.4.1

Hi,

Is it possible to add https://github.com/eprints/metatags to my old eprints 3.4.1 ? I want to add Highwire Press and PRISM tags to my metadata.
Should I simply adjust the folder structure in the URL above and add them to my eprints folder? Or is there another process I need to follow?
