Hi Revathi,

Do you have data in your creator->id fields?

 

The default configuration of the IRStats is set to use that sub-field:

If you don't use the id field, you might want to comment-out the first definition of the 'authors' set, and un-comment this block:
https://github.com/eprintsug/irstats2/blob/main/cfg/cfg.d/z_irstats2.pl#L67-L71

 

After this you could try to run:

[EPRINTS_ROOT]/archives/[ARCHIVE_ID]/bin/stats/process_stats ARCHIVE_ID --sets-only

 

If this creates the data as expected, you might need to re-process all the stats data:

[EPRINTS_ROOT]/archives/[ARCHIVE_ID]/bin/stats/process_stats ARCHIVE_ID --setup
