Yes. I had noted this has stopped working.  This may be due to the URLs for some of the resources on core.ac.uk are redirecting to "legacy" URLs. I am planning to have a chat with some other developers either tomorrow or early next week to see if we can figure out if this can be fixed.

Is anyone using Core Recommender still?
I noticed that it stopped working.
I think it might actually be down as a service on their end?
