Hi James, Five years ago, we have replaced the browse views for creators/editors/examiners completeley with a lookup function because we think it doesn’t make sense to create and offer lists
for more than 300K unique names created from more than 1 million name records. No one would browse such huge lists. https://www.zora.uzh.ch/creators_editors.html (you may search e.g. with “Schaepman”) Much better both from a user perspective (usability, always current data) and the provider perspective (disk usage, CPU usage to create list, effort/usage ratio). Also, a large flank
for DDOS attacks is removed. We haven’t shared the code yet, but could do so on github/eprintsug, if there is interest by the community. P.S. A nice goodie is the collaborations button on the right, but this is an Elasticsearch/Vega visualization thing. Kind regards, Martin -- Dr. Martin Brändle |
