Hi Fiza,
I think I may have had the same issue as this before. You can link a node in your subject tree under the same parent node twice but when you look at the the "Edit subject" page for this parent node you will only see the child node you have added once. Before you do anything, make a note of the subject ID for "Kullyyah of Information and Communication", as you may need to re-link it.
To test if you have the node in you subject tree linked twice on the "Edit subject" page for the parent node, click on "Unlink" for the "Kullyyah of Information and Communication". Depending on whether it is linked once or twice, you will see the following:
A. If it is linked once you will see the warning message "Deleting ... Unlinking this subject will cause it to be permanently deleted. Are you sure you want to do this?" If this is the case then click "Cancel" and your issue is something else.
B. If it is linked twice it will immediately say "Unlinked subject. This subject node still exists in other places in the subject tree." This will also mean it has disappeared from the list of child nodes on the "Edit subject" page. However, using the subject ID you recorded beforehand, scroll through the "Link Existing Subject" dropdown box until you find the subject ID. Then click on the Link button and this child node will be re-linked but only once, so it will not appear twice in your divisions field in your eprint workflow.

David Newman

I am experiencing an issue with the display for the subject part as described below. The subject only exists once in the admin section, but on the home screen display under 'Edit item,' it appears twice.
I have attempted to edit the Subject Name, but the two displays remain the same.
How can I resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance.
