Hi,

I can see that you have put a new EPrint live today (http://eprints.per
banas.ac.id/1145/) and it has appeared on http://eprints.perbanas.ac.id
/cgi/latest

I think I now know where the confusion is. /cgi/latest only shows the
latest (put live / made public) EPrint records.  If you add documents
to an already live EPrint record, this will not make it reappear on
/cgi/latest if it is more than 7 days since that EPrint was put live
(for the first time, as some EPrint records are put live, then returned
to review and then put live again but it is the original put live date
that is used by /cgi/latest).  

It would be possible to code a page that shows latest documents that
have been uploaded to live EPrint records but this would take a bit of
time and effort to write.
