Off the top of my head, and before morning caffeine, do you have a default.xml in [EPRINTS_ROOT]/archives/[ARCHIVE_NAME]/cfg/workflows/eprint/ ?

And if not, is there one in [EPRINTS_ROOT]/lib/defaultcfg/workflows/eprint/ ?

Hi,

 

I recently migrated an eprints server from version 3.3.7 to version 3.3.15 and when I go to Manage records -> Files and click View on one of the files I get this error:

EPrints System Error
Failed to find workflow: file.default

 

This is what I found in apache logs:

I couldn't find much about this error, does anyone know how to fix this?
