Hi David, Thanks for the testing script – I’ve got that working with some better criteria which I’ve then attempted to put into the log in
script. It still doesn’t seem to be working although only so much as it’s stating any AD details I use to login are incorrect – there’s no error to suggest it’s failing on a local login check or an AD login check so I’m not even sure it’s trying to authenticate
against AD at all. For reference I’ve put the code on the wiki page into the user_login.pl script, replacing the function that was already there and

Looking at the user_login.pl already on the wiki page, the most likely issue is getting the $base and $dn variables and the filter for the LDAP search set correctly.
