First time I named the file "eprints_search_advanced.pl" and it didn't work, but renamed it to "eprint_search_advanced.pl" and now it works. Thank you for the help David.

Hi,
If you are still getting the error message:
Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference
at /usr/share/eprints3/lib/cfg.d/eprint_search_staff.pl line 16.
I think you will need to put eprint_search_advanced.pl
in /usr/share/eprints3/lib/cfg.d/ if it not already present. If it is
present, then it should look much like the code I sent previously,
otherwise this may well cause an error like above.

If you do not have this file in either of the two directories I mention above, I am a little puzzled why, if this is an initial install using the Deb package.
