Hi USP Research,

The fields shown in that list cover the underlying fields.

Any of the fields that are linked should appear somewhere in the workflow for that item e.g. 'thesis_type' (normally) wouldn't appear in the workflow for a journal article, but it would appear for a thesis.

 

Clicking the link should take you to the field at the appropriate stage of the workflow.

If a field isn't linked, it means it isn't present in the workflow.

If you want to be able to add data to a field you need to add it to the workflow,  https://wiki.eprints.org/w/Workflow_Format .

The workflow file is located: <eprints root>/archives/<archiveid>/cfg/workflows/eprint/default.xml
