[EP-tech] solved: different (search) result for current_language not equal to 'en'

as indicated by some sql errors (not found on first glance at apache's log) due to some missing *_de tables
a resync of configuration and database was unintentionally skipped :(

Thus an `epadmin update <repoID>` solved the problem :)
