[EP-tech] Search for staff

Dear all,

since I moved to version 3.3.15 I am no more allowed to view the cgi/search/eprint/staff screen when I log in as administrator. I do not get any error in the log (noise level 4) and this is the message:

You may not view this screen: Search.

What can be wrong? Am I the only one?
