The lastmod date of the record is:
2015-07-21T12:48:00Z

The times you've used in the from and until are not right!
Try:
 - from=2015-07-21T12:48:00Z
 - until=2015-07-21T12:48:00Z

I cannot figure out, why this record

does not get harvested by this OAI-request:

http://tuprints.ulb.tu-darmstadt.de/cgi/oai2?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc&from=2015-07-21T10:50:00Z&until=2015-07-21T10:59:00Z

As far as i can see (from OpenArchives.pm) it is the "lastmod"-datestamp, which is used for from-until-requests ("Letzte Änderung" or "Last Modified" on the bottom of the abstract page above), so it should be retrieved...

Can someone help?
