Hi John, no, the newer files where added before the migration. Here are the permissions of two files. The first is not available and the second one is available: host-edo2 [prod] /usr/share/eprints/archives/edoc/documents # ls -laZ disk0/00/01/55/30/01/15530oa.pdf -rw-rw-r--. eprints eprints unconfined_u:object_r:httpd_sys_rw_content_t:s0 disk0/00/01/55/30/01/15530oa.pdf host-edo2 [prod] /usr/share/eprints/archives/edoc/documents # ls -laZ disk0/00/01/44/81/01/14481oa.pdf -rw-rw-r--. eprints eprints unconfined_u:object_r:httpd_sys_rw_content_t:s0 disk0/00/01/44/81/01/14481oa.pdf Cheers, Holger Von: eprints-tech-bounces@ecs.soton.ac.uk [mailto:eprints-tech-bounces@ecs.soton.ac.uk] Im Auftrag von John Salter Hi Holger, Are the newer documents ones that have been added since the migration? It does sound like something permission/SELinux related. Are the permissions on the directories the same, as well as the files? Cheers, John From: eprints-tech-bounces@ecs.soton.ac.uk [mailto:eprints-tech-bounces@ecs.soton.ac.uk] On Behalf Of holger.berth@mdc-berlin.de Hi, i have migrated eprints from Solaris with eprints 3.1.1 to a Centos 6.7 with eprints 3.3.15. Now i have a problem with accessing pdf documents. When i click on the document link of a publication i get the error: 404 File not FoundCould not find the file: The specified file could not be found on this server. If you reached this page by following a link within the repository, please contact the Repository administration. Otherwise, please check that you have typed the URL in correctly, or contact the person or site that supplied you with this URL. If i try it on older documents it works. The document is at the correct place in the file system. Permissions and SELINUX seems to be the same on both files. Do you have an idea why some documents are not available and some older documents are available? Thanks and best, Holger |
