[EP-tech] Eprints, the next generation?

Has anyone looked at Moose/DBIx/Catalyst/RapidApp ?
(Yes, it's a non-backward-compatible step... but it probably replaces a whole pile of mess with pukka relational objects, and a built-in verification system)
