[EP-tech] Error upgrading Eprints are restore

Hi

 

I have restored my eprints server by reinstalling the eprints3 application and then restoring the database. I am yet to move the  documents to their respective location. After restoring the database I then run the  command, as user eprints,  

  

./epadmin upgrade researchdatabase

 

I then got the following:

 

Stopping indexer ...

Upgrading 3.3.3 to 3.3.4

Fixing missing ordervalues in saved_search

Fixing missing ordervalues in document

Fixing missing ordervalues in file

Fixing missing ordervalues in user

Magic number checking on storable string failed at ../../lib/Storable.pm (autosplit into ../../lib/auto/Storable/thaw.al) line 415, at /usr/share/eprints3/bin/../perl_lib/EPrints/MetaField/Storable.pm line 129

 

 

Any pointers on this one.
