[EP-tech] metadata elements in each eprint page

Hi everyone,
I have an issue with one of my two repositories both installed on the same ubuntu machine. The issue is that it does not generate the metadata with the DC item in each abstract, i.e. 
<meta name="DC.relation" content="xxxx" />
<meta name="DC.title" content="yyyy" />
<meta name="DC.creator" content="zzzz" />

However the abstract does generate correctly the
<link rel="alternate" ...  tag.

Has someone noticed something similar, where those meta tag are generated?
