Hi again, The operating system should be Ubuntu and not Debian. Sorry about that. Furthermore, I made the upgrade on a few different machines and noted that after upgrading Ubuntu I had to manually add the Config::General Perl modules apt-get install libconfig-general-perl in order to get anything to work (saw a bug ticket on this for 3.3.13 but seems to be present for 3.3.14 as well). Regards Christer -----Original Message----- From: eprints-tech-bounces@ecs.soton.ac.uk [mailto:eprints-tech-bounces@ecs.soton.ac.uk] On Behalf Of Christer Enkvist Sent: den 11 augusti 2015 11:12 To: eprints-tech@ecs.soton.ac.uk Subject: [EP-tech] Problem with XML/DOM.pm Hi, After an upgrade of Debian (wheezy/sid) the eprints software (3.3.14) begun to throw a lot of "subroutine redefined" for all eprints commands, e.g. root@wasp:~# /etc/init.d/epindexer status Subroutine parse_xml_string redefined at /usr/share/eprints3/bin/../perl_lib/EPrints/XML/DOM.pm line 119. Indexer is running with PID 27690. Next index in 11 seconds. Some seems to work (as above) but more worrying is that others commands crashes: eprints@wasp:~$ generate_views ex Subroutine parse_xml_string redefined at /usr/share/eprints3/bin/../perl_lib/EPrints/XML/DOM.pm line 119.
