I wish I had known that before i built my live platform on 3.3.13. I could probably downgrade but I've patched the problem effecting me as a short term soluition. Could we just do a recall on 3.3.13 to stop anyone else being effected by this problem? Also are unit tests going to be written to prevent these problems recurring in future?

In Git diff we can't even identify what did break multilang support in
divisions and subjects..
