[EP-tech] Github and version packages cofusion

Hi!
Question for developers.. How do you prepare packages for download eg. ver.3.3.12, ver.3.3.13 .. debian packages etc.?
Because, for example this commit from Jan 17 2013 isn't included in those versions:
