I think what it does is uses a creator name format from the first item it finds with the user unique identifier (eg contact email?). If you look at your item 2801 it appears that the name is formatted backwards in this instance so it may well be that causing the problem... Seb should now turn up and tell me how wrong I am! Now that we’ve got IRStats 2 working and reporting as expected, we’re looking into a couple of issues relating to the users and the way they are being reported. Most users are shown in the reports as Surname, Firstname, however we have noticed one or two that are being listed as Firstname, Surname which, when put in the context of the format means we have someone called Hunter Andrew instead of Andrew Hunter. I’ve taken a look in the user data to see if the names are back to front somehow but there is nothing to indicate this; I’m not sure what’s happening here. Any thoughts?
