[EP-tech] IRStats 2

Hello all,

I installed IRStats 2 on our EPrints setup last week and checked it today to find that it doesn’t appear to have been gathering any data.

Any thoughts? Is it likely to be a permissions thing on the server? I installed from the package available on GitHub.
