Hi John, I think the '[error in script]' that you can see in the screenshot you sent is because you are trying to do something with the document data (embargo date) from an EPrint object. If you look in the apache error log, you should have more explanation as to what is wrong. The embargo is defined at a document level (and there could be multiple documents for one EPrint). What would you want to appear in this situation? - One embargo date for each document? - The earliest date of any of the embargoes? I think the default EPrints adds some text to the normal citation in some circumstances (e.g. search results page) : 'Item availability may be restricted.' if any of the documents have embargoes on them. Does this help at all? Cheers, John -----Original Message----- From: eprints-tech-bounces@ecs.soton.ac.uk [mailto:eprints-tech-bounces@ecs.soton.ac.uk] On Behalf Of Yuri Sent: 04 April 2014 09:06 To: eprints-tech@ecs.soton.ac.uk Subject: [EP-tech] Re: How to display the embargo expiry date to users The short info should be on the citations, in the archive config. The problem is that the view is not updated when the embargo expire, so you've to find a way to recreate a view almost every day, or insert a trigger to do it when the embargo expire (lift_embargo.pl).
