Hi Ranju, Check this thread, might help you: =========== Hi Seb, Thanks very much for the reply. I resolved the problem just a minute ago. The problem was, the httpd service was running as apache user. I changed it to 'eprints' and everything is fine now. Thanks again for your attention. Best, Francis Hi Francis, Do you still have that problem? It's an odd one for having installed 3.3.12 on a few machines now and having no such problems. Any more info as to where in the code this fails? Is there a "use EPrints::Database::mysql" anywhere? Do you have mysql.pm only in perl_lib/EPrints/Database/ ? Seb. I'm trying to do a fresh install on fedora 14. everything went fine during the installation and the creation of a repository. However, after restarting the apache and when i try to access eprints on the localhost, the server returns Internal server error. The error log reports the following: [Tue Sep 10 20:41:56 2013] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Can't locate EPrints/Database/mysql.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /opt/eprints3/archives/iisceprints/cfg/plugins /opt/eprints3/site_lib/plugins /opt/eprints3/lib/plugins /opt/eprints3/perl_lib /usr/local/lib/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10.0 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl . /etc/httpd) at (eval 490) line 1.\nBEGIN failed--compilation aborted at (eval 490) line 1.\n Its complaining about mysql.pm, which is very much present. =========== On 11/10/13 09:25, Ranju Upadhyay wrote:

Did you upgrade your database by `epadmin upgrade REPOID`?
