Paolo & Mark, Thank you for your responses.
I’ve just registered for AMR, maybe the difference to Web Service Premium isn’t that big and it’s possible to add AMR support to the citation count plugin.
Another question related to the Web of Science Import plugin as demonstrated here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oC8GDIdGQ-s
Do I understand it correctly that this the plugin ISIWoK.pm (https://github.com/eprints/eprints/blob/99733fde38da7920c0dbcf654ae37499bf00e372/perl_lib/EPrints/Plugin/Import/ISIWoK.pm)
and it requires the Web Service Lite?

I believe Paolo has it correct but it might be worth contacting Thomson support
http://ip-science.thomsonreuters.com/support/ to get a definitive answer for your institution. They have been quite responsive when I’ve done so. At the moment there isn’t a LinksAMR plugin but it seems that it will be in demand given the removal of citation counts from Web Services Lite. I’m
not sure when I’ll get to this since we have access to Premium but if anyone would like to contribute one I’m sure it would be appreciated. Please let me know if you do plan to work on one. Also, a reminder that the citation plugins development is now on GitHub
https://github.com/QUTlib/citation-import, including current lists of issues.

On Behalf Of christian.gutknecht@ub.unibe.ch I’m trying to figure out the requirements for the Web of Science Citation Count plugin: http://files.eprints.org/815/ In the description it is mentioned that access to „Web of Science Web Services Premium“ is needed. Does this come with a regular subscription to Web of Science? I remember that there was some discussion, that Thomson Reuters have moved the output of citation count to a web service, which costs extra. However except the technical documentation (http://science.thomsonreuters.com/tutorials/wsp_docs/soap/Guide/)
I can’t find any information about that Web Service Premium and the Web Service website (http://wokinfo.com/products_tools/products/related/webservices/) doesn’t mention any Premium
Webservice. The registration there leads just to Web Services Lite. Can it be that the Premium Web Service is now called „Article Match Retrieval“? http://researchanalytics.thomsonreuters.com/solutions/amr/ Best regards Christian --
