Have you created the secure.xml version of default.xml? That caught me out... http://wiki.eprints.org/w/Https3 Thanks, Jon Date: Tue, 19 Mar 2013 08:19:26 -0400 From: "Klein, Stephen" <SKlein@gc.cuny.edu> Subject: [EP-tech] SSL enabled but links incorrect To: "eprints-tech@ecs.soton.ac.uk" <eprints-tech@ecs.soton.ac.uk> Message-ID: <596589487FDFB549B2407437181605B24E21237A8C@MAILBOX.gc.cuny.edu> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Peculiar navigation behavior. After logging in, if I select any Menu item, such as: Admin Profile Manage Records I am logged out and prompted to login again. SSL is enabled and works during login, but... It seems that some links re not getting rewritten to https://, so that a logged in user clicks on a link, gets sent to a http:// page, then presumably the authentication cookie isn't valid because it expects a https:// location and the user is redirected to login, which in turns take him/her back to the https:// login page! Thank you.
